Extremely disappointed with this service. We rang a week and a half before we needed a van as the website looked great and a reasonable price. The gentleman on the phone could not answer any of our questions regarding the van and was very unhelpful. We asked to book the van but were told it would be easier if we did it online. We completed the booking form with no problem - we booked the van from 2pm on Saturday to 2pm on Sunday. It states on the website that they would only contact us if there was a problem with the booking and so assumed everything was fine. 

An hour before we picked the van up, we rang again just to confirm everything was OK. The gentleman confirmed the booking and the price and said that we could pick the van up. When we got to the company, the gentleman started to take our forms of ID and mentioned that it was to be returned on the Monday. I explained that we had booked the van until Sunday. The gentleman was quite blunt in saying that they were closed and so we have to bring it back Monday. When asked if this meant we had to pay more he said yes, even though we had just confirmed the price. I asked why no one had contacted us when we had booked it to return on Sunday to which we did not  get an answer. It was very frustrating considering we had rung to confirm the booking - so he said he would check it again. To our surprise, he then said that he couldn't find the booking at all - which felt like a complete lie considering he found it when we first came in and everything was fine before hand. As we told him we weren't taking the van because we could not return the van on Monday, he started to make sarcastic comments to us as we were leaving. 

No customer care what so ever and didn't even try to amend the problem. Would not recommend using this place at all, found the staff quite rude considering the mix up and felt as if their customers were not important.

Excellent Car Hire service! Prompt, straight forward and friendly staff! Good range of cars and flexible in/out timings. Been renting for a while now and not going to other high street names for sure ...!!!!

Straight-forward and friendly bunch. A well looked after van was provided, and no issues were has with the deposit upon the return of the van.

Prices were far better than the big well-known players too! 

I'd happily recommend them.
