Based in SW1, within easy reach of anywhere in central London, we offer a total domestic solution.

We clean homes and offices weekly, for end of tenancy, one-off cleans, and specialised cleaning (upholstery, windows, and carpets using trained staff and specialised equipment).

We provide plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, handymen and other tradesmen at competitive rates.

We collect our clients laundry and dry cleaning, and return it - our shirt ironing service is popular with existing clients.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff - trained and uniformed employees who are supervised and well supported, enabling them to do a job that many existing customers say is vastly better than they have found elsewhere.

We have been using Remora Cleaniong Ltd for a few months to do deep in our properties.  Customer services is excellent as well as the cleaning services they provide.  They were also able to book a clean at short notice and still maintained a good cleaning standard.  Thanks Remora!

Definitely not recommend their service! I made a booking with them for the end of tenancy cleaning for unfurnished 1 bedroom flat. They were terrible, one of the cleaners even said that "the other one is new, they are sorry" and then left. Spiderwebs on the wall, visible stains on the floor, heavy dusty areas, fridges not cleaned well, limescale all over the bathroom surfaces still intact so on. I chose their service because my agency works with them, even though there are cheaper ones. Yet, not worth the money they take. They offered to return for the omissions, but thankfully my Landlady did not mind it. Still, they did not give the professional service they get paid for. No refund policy, they are just "supposedly" sorry.  NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!

First time booking. Cleaners arrived at 12.15 yet I booked for 9-11. Was told there was a problem with the car. Also felt the cost was too expensive but its all that I could find within time frame. I had to help on some tasks and they even missed bits.  They didn't do the extractor fan, I had to tell them to do the skirting boards. Please avoid this company. They are not worth your time or money.  Edit: Took a few months for the company to reply which proves how inefficient they are. To anyone who reads their reply, make a note of it. This proves how poor their customer service is. Count your blessings you even got 1 star.

I wanted to say that Owen was brilliant. He was punctual, polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us tips and pointed out things that could be causing the issues and gave us ways that we could improve. Would definitely recommend.

Ed was efficient, professional and courteous. He explained his findings clearly - by email and in a video - and I 100% recommend him.

Spoke to Jonathan at Remora to book in an end of tenancy clean when my tenants had not arranged it on exit. The team was very polite, arrived on time, and worked hard to ensure the property was restored back to its old standard. Whilst they clearly specialise  in each room, I have to say the guy doing the kitchen absolutely transformed it! I couldn’t fault a thing. Price was in line with other firms I called but they had immediate availability and did a super job. Thank you, Remora!
