Wow! These guys do an amazing job! Our roof looked so ugly with all the moss that comes from our oak trees- plus we were worried that the moss was damaging the shingles. Check out the transformation! Bonus that they were so responsive, professional and nice!

John and Dan are literally the best. They soft washed our deck, pool cover, soft  cleaned our windows and our siding. House looks amazing and the price is extremely reasonable. Will be booking them again next year.

Exceptional family run business! 100% satisfied. Actually went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfectly. The service was excellent from start to finish!  The team arrived promptly for the job, and stayed for 3 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon until the job was exceptionally completed.  Our new home has most likely never been professionally cleaned, and the gutters, windows, roof and siding came out beyond our wildest expectations.  This was our first time using Bear Property Cleaning and it certainly will not be the last. Highly recommended!

Wonderful job cleaning, sanding, and oiling! Looking forward to getting our gutter guards out in next.  From the initial email… to John getting back to me in 4 minutes… to an estimate shortly after… to the crews arriving with two weeks from booking… to the polite staff… to the option of being able to pay my invoice online from my computer… EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! I went with the best reviewed company after dealing with a not so great company in the past in hopes of saving money. I will not make that mistake again and am happy to pay a little extra to get the job done right.

John and his team have done an excellent job providing, installing and taking down our Christmas lights for the last three years.  Our lights are literally perfect and look just beautiful! I would recommend him and his crew in a nanosecond!

After calling around to find a company to come and clean our decks, we decided to book with Bear. They came out and did an awesome job, and all I can say is WOW! All of the build up that caused our decks to look dirty and be slippery after rain is gone. They look brand new.  I am impressed with how respectful and professional the crew had been and the care they had taken to ensure my plants were left unharmed. They were quick about it also, which allowed us to get back to enjoying our space faster.  We are definitely excited about getting them back out for more jobs around our property. Looking forward to working with them more in the future!
