Story

When it comes to the design and installation of renewable heat pumps, the Reina Group are leading the way. The Reina Group has MCS certification for the installation of air source and ground source heat pumps. Having MCS accreditation means that installations by The Reina Group are eligible for grants from the government and consumers get a higher level of protection.

We have a huge amount of experience when it comes to the installation of MCS accredited heat pumps. We supply our services to a wide range of sectors, whether it be domestic, rural, commercial or public. Our complete, renewable heat pump packages come with full co-ordination and are suitable for long term use.

We currently offer our installations and services across Kent, Surrey and Sussex and providing the best possible service is essential. We only offer the best performing brands of air source heat pumps and ground source heat pumps, ensuring we keep a positive and long term relationship with our customers.

The renewable heat incentive (RHI) encourages residential and business sectors to participate in renewable heat technologies. If you would like to get an idea of payment through the renewable heat incentive (RHI) then please use our dedicated RHI calculator tool. This tool provides you with options to cater for any specific demands you may have. The renewable heat incentive is a proposal by the Government where for a set period of time, depending on the energy savings made, you will be paid a tariff payment. As we are MCS certified, our heat pumps qualify for the RHI.

Reina Group Provides

• Indicative quotes free of charge to size your heat pump & estimate potential RHI returns
• Initial survey of the property to ensure your property is suitable for a heat pump.
• Undertakes a full heat loss calculation to ensure the correct heat pump is chosen & emitters (UFH or radiators) are designed appropriately
• Undertake a Green Deal assessment which is required as minimum requirement to access the Government funding through the renewable heat incentive (RHI)
• Full design & specification (if required)
• MCS Installation of either Air or Ground Source Heat pumps
• Aftercare Maintenance and annual Servicing
