Attempting to make a purchase but wanted advice. Unfortunately staff member was unwilling or unable to answer even basic questions. Not sure if he was poorly trained or just incompetent. one of the two for sure, likely both.

Served by Luke today, very knowledgeable, very polite, very helpful all round great service! Been served a few times in the past by Luke, he’s certainly a true asset to the company! Always smiling and happy to help!

I had a delivery from toolstation which was excellent. But when it comes to giving a rating there is something wrong with the website of the delivery company which was EVRI. it asked one to give a rating of the delivery, and it shows five stars. When one presses the star rating,  it takes one to a page of advertising .toolstation need to contact EVRI, and explain this,  otherwise they will wonder why they aren't getting any ratings, good or bad..having said all that. I have used toolstation many times And have found them to be excellent in all departments.

Use toolstation in folkestone regular. Always a happy experience, and if I'm ever stuck the staff are always on hand to help. I always try and get served by Emily, as she has a great friendly face and an outgoing personalty. The best person there by a yard stick.

I Love shopping at Toolstation Nicola and the Team at Folkestone are always so helpful, friendly and bend over backwards to help. If there is ever a problem with a product, there is no problem they just sort it. It's great knowing there on your side. They all made the shopping experience a friendly and happy one. Popped into Local branch today to purchase some plumbing bits, the Toolstation web site was not very helpful with detailing actual sizes. James who served me was extremely helpful and totally understanding. He sorted my request out in record time and I was soon on my way with all my plumbing items. The service I received from James is above and beyond, always a joy to shop in this store. Thanks guys to the rest of the team, always a quick, reliable service

Generally good service and good deals from time to time if promo codes are available. I have had a few instances where by I've had the wrong items put in my click and collect orders so you have to check through everything before you head off!

Went into this store this morning and was meet by Tracey and Ella to collect 2 click and collect orders these 2 staff were very helpful and went over and above in these difficult times to make sure I had my orders complete so that I can carry on working during the Covid 19 as a key worker we need staff like this to help keep the wheels moving. Thank Girls.
