Ordered a cream rose hand tie from Reid's for my wife to celebrate 20th anniversary. The flowers and greenery were top quality and Chris went out of his way to open the shop out of hours to give them to me since I was working long hours. My wife was so pleased with them. friendly staff who make ordering flowers a delight . nothing is to much trouble . from ordering a small posey to say thank you to that special smeone to arranging a large decorative piece to celebrate that memory moment it life .the staff have the amazing ability to work with your particular request and turn the product into something as awesume as the reason you are buying the flowers for .

Website needs to be more informative. Ordered flowers before 11am for same day delivery which it said on their website. Received a phone call an hour or two later to tell me my order would be refunded as it was too short notice to deliver to N'Ards, very disappointed as it never said 'for local deliveries only' person on the phone told me to try a different florists instead....still waiting on a refund. Heard great reports but was just let down

Very good customer service, lovely attitude and very helpful. Called up inquiring about a corsage and he was very easy to cater towards what I needed! Looked amazing as well

Fantastic! Ordered a delivery of a dozen roses to my girlfriends work for Valentine's. Within the hour I got a very excited call from her. Everyone said they were the nicest roses they'd ever seen! Thanks Reid, you're a life saver!
