This is a beautiful florists. I've ordered from overseas quite a few times and the recipient of the flowers has never been disappointed, they were impressed by how long the flowers have lasted. I love that the arrangements are a bit different. Was a treat to visit in real life! So many wonderful plants and succulents in store along with plant related books and posters. If I lived in belfast I'd spend a lot of money here
I ordered 2 sets of 6 bottle buds as Christmas gifts for my mum and my partner's mum. The arrangements were shockingly bad. A withered £5 bouquet from Tesco would’ve made a bigger impact. The bottles had next to no flowers. Just green stems, cheap looking silver sprayed twigs and no colour. I know online images can be misleading, but what I got did not match the description on the website and they certainly weren't worth £42.50 per set. I contacted the shop with a photo, and was offered replacements, but since the 23rd Dec they’ve ignored all my emails and phone calls. I’d recommend you go elsewhere.
Memento was brilliant at supplying me with an order for their sympathy flower for my late mother in law. I ordered online and collected it 5 day later could have been before but wanted to go to the grave on a nice day the flower are lovely and had a good weight to the this, as we knew they won't blow away from the grave stone. The picture is 4 day being in the November weather outside. I would reorder from them when I'm back to visit.
Really beautiful plant shop. Sells all sorts of plants and pots aswell as flowers and various gift ideas and cards for all occasions. Really helpful staff and they offer online purchases and delivery!
Momento Flowers have been wonderful to deal with! Gorgeous flowers, quick delivery, and outstanding customer service. I am in Canada and have used them 2x in the span of 2 months for delivery in Belfast, and Molly has been wonderful and Ryan too : to make small changes after I've ordered, and quickly answer questions over email. Its difficult to find such great customer service, especially overseas, but Momento is fantastic. Beautiful flowers and fantastic customer service - what else could you ask for? : Keep up the good work!
Would highly recommend 10/10! Im obsessed with my purchases and so impressed with how they were delivered so carefully all nicely packaged in bubble wrap. Delivered in perfect condition! I would advise that you look at the dimensions before ordering just so you are aware of the size of your plant. I did this before ordering and all plants came as described - which is perfect : Thanks again Memento!
Did a terrarium workshop with my friend two months ago for £45. Followed the care advice given but sadly two of my four plants died and nearly all of the plants died in my friends. Contacted Momento who told me to pop in and they would revamp the terrariums, made the 30 minute journey only to be told that it would cost £30 and £40 for my friend. This was never mentioned in any communication. Showed my message to staff. Poor service. Totally wasted trip. Nothing offered else offered to help solve the issue. A lovely experience ruined. Would not recommend shop or workshop to anyone.
Memento is the best of the best. Such kind helpful staff and their displays in store are always to die for. Thanks guys !! They also have wee decor bits that aren’t flower related eg candles and such. Love this place.
Valentines day roses not delivered. I was assured when I contacted Memento at 4:15pm which is extremely late in itself that the deliveries would be made by 6:30pm and their shop was open until 7pm. Flowers weren't delivered and telephone straight to answering machine.
Ordered a plant for £40 on the website that I said I would collect the following weekend. Had a phone call mid week to say they had been speaking with me previously, which I said I hadn't spoken to anyone but anyway, they explained that they're "stock online and stock in the shop doesn't correlate" what kind of business runs like this?! and so it was out of stock. So asked for a refund but got £39 back. I queried this and they said it was a fee and is part of their terms and conditions: "1.5 In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than days after the intended delivery date." They never replied to my last email saying that this wasn't anywhere on their terms and conditions I may be being petty but I shouldn't have to pay £1 for a complete waste of my time and that is contractually agreed to... AVOID!
