Absolutely awful! Cannot get through on the phone.. In fact the only service that answers is the payment option for wedding ceremony and tried to get through that way but no one was available to answer the phone when she tried to transfer me. I'm trying add a name to a birth certificate but no option to make an appointment online so going to try to email so wish me luck!

Me and my partner got our baby girl registered. Felt very welcoming on arrival. The process went smooth and happy with the outcome. Thank you.

Absolute terrible service, can't get through on the phone and online forms don't work properly and are not mobile friendly. This was to book an appointment to register a death, so Blackpool council need to think about how they do things more compassionately in the future. Awful service

DIABOLICAL.When it comes to facilities .....My Aunt who is 95 and an invalid, had been driven by her son, who is also her carer, from the Midlands, was not aloud to park at the Wedding Chapel, so  had to drop  her there and then go and find somewhere to park, which for him a stranger to the area was difficult, consequently he missed the ceremony. By the exit door there are twin humps of concrete which serve no purpose and could be removed to allow invalid parking. Wake up  Blackpool.... We are in the 21st Century
