This JC is terrible. The system is very slow. The sign pad is never working because that form the 15 century. And the computers is well. People's friendly and helpful but that is not enough.

The job centre advisors have absolutely no compassion whatsoever, I've had to go back to counselling as my mental health as gotten worse due to them basically telling me that I can't do a college course. My ex partner was controlling and didn't allow me to do a course either. So this is very triggering to me. Wouldn't be suprised that the percentage of people with mental health is going to rise. The job centre will have blood on their hands, but they don't care as they are doing fine.
Helen and Rachel are 2 of the absolute worst people that absolutely should not have a job in this industry. been given all the information required and have deliberately ignored a severely ill young girl with no other means of support. payment was due today and they have deliberately withheld it for absolutely no reason and ignored all correspondence for several days. offical complaint logged and legal proceedings started. these sociopathic b*tches have no place working in a job that deals with vulnerable people whos only lifeline is the barely survivalable money they get. they very clearly have negative views towards people who have no choice but to claim benefits, and clearly enjoy just leaving vulnerable people to die.
Visited to get help printing off my CV from the INDEED APP and the staff were brilliant. I can't thank them enough for their help. 5 STARS.
Since I've lived in Blackpool for just over 18 months now I've had no trouble with this JC, in fact I've found the staff at Blackpool JC helpful looking for work a lot better from where I came from on the south coast of Portsmouth... down there they are at 90 miles an hour and very abusive and vindictive trying to catch you out at every moment anything to sanction you and haven't got the time in hell to help you just for 10 minutes but I guess that's because it's a Tory driven region however... here in Blackpool things are different I guess that's down to the case that if you want to look for work, the Jobcentre will help you at its best if you're a lazy ass that wants to stay on the dole for the rest of your life that's not interested then you're going to get treated like that since moving here I have worked at the Pleasure Beach which I really enjoyed life is so much better having a job paying your rent and buying your food weekly and getting up in the morning I'm going to bed at proper times in the evening it's fantastic oh and did I also mention the bonus of able to claim working tax credit as an extra £50 a week just for going to work on top of your wages it seems that a lot of people don't know that you're entitled to this free money as a bonus and such people on the dole benefits get such tide into the same routine that they think if they sign off benefits the world's going to end this is the wrong thought completely it's entirely up to you get a job or be a bum for the rest of your life.
Not very impressed at the service I received when they lost all my evidence not once but twice. Eventually got a helpful member of staff who sorted it all out
