Arrived 15 mins late, didn’t apologise or give a reason even tho I’m supposed to be getting a train . Got to the end of my road and it says on the dash they don’t accept card payment not specified on business cards or when ordering taxi over the phone. I told him I had no cash and he didn’t really say much just kinda made some weird noises as if to be like ah i don’t so yeah he made me get out. Not only have they wasted there own time but mine aswell.
2020. Still won't accept card payment and when you ask nicely they laugh at your face. Most drivers are racist and won't help in anyway if they hear you don't speak in English for a minute.
I called to book a taxi, he asked me where to pick me up, then he hung up. I call again and when he hears my voice he hangs up my phone. bad company, bad staff
The phone operator was really impolite on the phone and had absolutely no customer service skills.
