Good but 10 mins late. 1.7 miles and was £6 took 20 mins
The taxi booked at 1am would not take us as we were 4 minutes late. The previous taxi I had booked at 8pm was 5 minutes late so it’s alright for TC Bros taxi to be late to pick you up but don’t you dare be late for them or you will be left stranded.

I have called yesterday ask about service quote. because I am foreigner , The guy who pick phone speaking too fast. Not very polite. But I thought they are short of drivers.

There are no other Taxi service providers in Ballymena who can offer the same standard of service. Always reliable , on time and friendly helpful staff. Clean fleet and best value available. First choice for me and my family.
Would have been grand if they turned up. Ordered a taxi by text recommended by their business cards and received a reply that it would be 15 minutes later which we were happy with. Waited 30 minutes over and called them back. Apparently no record of booking. Two hour wait for the next one? In reply to the owner; Hardly relevant and much point now is there? It was in the early hours that you left me stranded in the rain and didn't botehr turning up.
Some Cars needing cleaned inside,smells and no air conditioning and smokey. Some Drivers rude and looks miserable. Not in uniform,very unprofessional service, a paying customer shouldn't put up with that.
