Story

Here at Regent Carpets & Flooring, we have been specialising in high quality carpets and floor coverings since 1974. Our spacious designer showrooms are packed with extensive ranges of quality, competitive products from major leading brands, covering modern and traditional designs in natural materials, carpet, laminates and vinyl.

One of the most renowned brands that we stock is Karndean Flooring. We are one of a limited number of stockists of Karndean in the Derby, Nottingham area.

It has been a long time since can say I have experienced such a fantastic service. James and all the guys who helped transform this old and tired looking hallway into the wonderful space it is now were so enthusiastic and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very efficient and professional throughout. No need to look anywhere else for our flooring needs in the future. Fantastic service from all the staff at Regent. From the first visit to the store right through to fitting, everything was handled really well. The carpet was stripped and disposed of in the morning by one chap and then the new carpet was fitted shortly after by another. Both were polite and professional, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We were really happy with the finished carpet but we had a small issue with the door bars that prevented our doors from shutting easily. A quick phone call to Brian and he sent out somebody the next day to have a look. The issue was sorted before the end of the day and everything is spot on now. Great service, good price and a lovely carpet. Thanks!
BRILLIANT service and a great job, we are thrilled with the work. We had several rooms fitted with Karndean flooring. We are coming towards the end of a long set of building works at home. We have been let down and delayed by so many different tradesmen and companies throughout the process that it was SO refreshing for us that Regents sorted our floors out so promptly and efficiently. Alec, the fitter, was here early on each day and worked really hard on getting everything just how we wanted it. He was a pleasure to have in our home and was even best mates with our German Shepherd when he left! A Top man and we will not look anywhere else next time we need flooring work. Thank you Alec, and thank you Regents. 5 stars!!!
I have used Regent Carpets five times now, wouldn’t go any were else. Reasonably priced, lovely Quality carpets and very helpful and friendly staff.
Welcoming, friendly, relaxed and helpful experience in the shop - selected the vinyl I wanted after some help and advice from a staff member, organised the fitting and I went home happy! The guys that then put the vinyl down were also friendly and got the job done quickly and as you can tell from the picture they've done a great job.
Very happy with my new carpets. The customer service received by Danny was excellent, he always answered my questions and sorted things out for me quickly and efficiently. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them.
Carpet fitters were excellent. l had a small problem with the new carpet trapping the bottom of the front door . The fitters came back but were unable to solve the problem so a joiner came the same day to trim the bottom of my door. Very impressed !
Fantastic local company, really easy to deal with. Polite, friendly, expert knowledge, no hard sell, competitively priced and top quality carpet and underlay. Fitted in no time at all and did a lovely job. Highly recommended, we are thrilled to bits with our new carpets. Second order of carpets recently was as simple and flawless as the first installation. Brilliant, attentive and timely service, competitively priced and top quality products and install. Highly recommended for all flooring in the Nottinghamshire areas.
We used these guys last year to recarpet our lounge, hallway and stairs. Not only did they help us to get a more realistic claim from our insurance company, but their fitters were so friendly and professional that I was happy to have them in the house on their own with my partner and 6 month old. They were on time, clean and tidy and you couldn't fault the work. Very impressed and would never go back to a carpet supermarket place again after seeing what proper service looks like.
Highly recommend this place as the service is exceptional. The guys in store are really friendly and really listen to what you want to tailor everything to your needs. They have a huge range of carpets to choose from in store as well. The lads who came to fit the carpets were really professional and polite. I have used Regents carpets for my bedroom and hallway and will be using them again in near future for the living room.
