We first approached this company some 11 weeks ago to redesign our bathroom. After the initial consultation where we expressed our 'wish list' and budget we felt confident that this was THE company for us. How wrong could we have been! The original design was changed, the budget exceeded and we were left waiting for a new design and costings. We have had to make all the telephone contacts to be told holidays, finding costings etc have delayed the process. This culminated in us asking if a design and cost could be given this week; we were assured that we would receive this the following day. Two days later and NO contact. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the communication and wasted 11 weeks.

Excellent designs and good quality finish. Kitchen design was bespoke and care was taken with the finishing touches like splash backs and lighting.
