Does this chicken burger look nice? No that's because it isn't. There was chewy inedible sinew in it and the cups that went with it were soggy. Too much mayonnaise on burger which resulted in soaking wet burger bun. This is the third time I've been dissatisfied with meals in this place and after going there for twenty years plus I'm going to use one two doors down. We have also had orders wrong. Wife can't eat meat. I ordered BBQ chicken wrap she got a BBQ kebab weap=meat!. I did complain on website bin each occasion and left order numbers and contact details. No contact whatsoever. Save your money go to tesco and buy some value chicken burgers and some bread buns. I guarantee you'll get better results. Regency you have lost my custom because your staff have given up on their standards. Ps my wife just bit into hers and then spat it out. Tasted awful. No care in what they doing, just get it cooked and get em out. By the way the response from the owner tried to be clever but my wife can't eat certain meats chicken is one she can eat. So why was there kebab meat in a chicken kebab? That's what I was driving at. He also claims a marketing team handles the comments on the website? And that it can get busy on there that's why my complaint was not responded to. Sorry no doesn't happen when it's third complaint and my details on there are the same. So it should have been followed up on. So thanks for the response but nowhere on there did you offer a chance to try you again just sorry we lost you as customer.after 20 years you do say give us another chance and we will do better.

Have used regency pizza to order food the last 3 times I have ordered take and to be honest the service is absolute rubbish the first time we ordered they said food would. E 45 mins which is standard delivery time fair enough an hour passed and still no food so phoned shop and they gave it the usual chat that your food is just leaving shop fair enough can live with that only if it was true I could have walked from there shop in the time my food arrived an hour and 45 mins after ordered it and when used them again it was exactly the same and tonight when ordered at 430 which is just opening time my order came and it was the wrong order I could understand if it was a busy time but they had just opened so there should be no excuses for getting the order wrong at this time of night and I can say this that I will never ever use this joke shop of a pizza shop ever again they think cod they have been around the longest that customer care is a little priority now u need to sort your shops out cos they are all the same have had the same trouble with your shop in thirsk RUBBISH !!!!!
