From the moment I walked into the shop I was confident that Regency Fires were good at what they do. I spent some time chatting with an engineer called Eric who was incredibly helpful and walked me through the different fires, surrounds and options. I then met Jo, she gave me brochures galore to help me choose what I wanted, focused me on what I could have installed based on my existing setup, there was no hard sell which is always a plus for me, she was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and offered unhurried and unbiased advise. I really wanted to get the fire installed before Christmas and although it was pushing it Jo made it happen for me - even sending Eric to do a pre inspection to make sure everything would just be installed without problem on the actual install day. It went like clockwork - I would definitely recommend Jo and Eric @ Regency Fires
