Really disappointed in the service. I placed an order, was told that they would ring once order was delivered but didn't ever get a call. Called in person twice to check on order; the final time I was told half the order was in which they collected off the shop floor and was told i probably wouldn't ever get the order due to it being autumn stock. Really disappointed with lack of knowledge and communication.

Super service from Dean and his assistant when I bought new trainers. However, receipt was not emailed to me as promised. Not sure what happens if I have an issue during the 2 year warranty.

Fabulous service today by manager Dean and store assistant Sonia in choosing a coat for mum. Happy to take time and give advice on products. Big thanks!

Went in to have a nosy at the coats as winters coming and my trusty 15yr old coat has seen better days - manager Dean hi Dean was lovely so helpful had a good old natter whilst helping with the jackets - managed to find a lovely coat in the sale was slightly cheaper online and Dean matched it! Can't fault the service will definitely go back when I need my next coat - or decide to be more outdoorsy

I never received my receipt for hiking boots i purchased months ago, and i spoke to Dean from the Dalton Prk store & he went the extra mile to ensure I received my receipt! Excellent customer service, thank you :

Setting the standard for customer service and a friendly atmosphere. This combined with a depth of knowledge about their products and excellent product quality make for an unmissable shop for camping and outdoors goods.

Excellent store with very knowledgable staff, excellent customer service and a very tidy well kept store.  It’s also well stocked with some excellent products and great discounts.

this company and its advisers are awfull orderd some socks they sent the wrong amount i asked for a prepaid returns label as the mistake wasnt my fault,the advisor dint want to know. sent a email no reply
