Excellent service . Staff are really friendly and helpful

First place of choice for batteries in awkward key fobs and key cutting. Called in yesterday for pair shoes which had come apart. Repaired in 40 mins for £4. Always prompt efficient service.

Got 4 keys cut which wasn't too expensive

Popped in for some keys to be cut, after visiting another store of the same practice and not being able to get the service required  they didn't have the keys available, gwens did and it took literally took a few minutes, very quick and efficient, will now use this as my go to place, thank you for a quick and easy pleasant transaction

The services they provide really are 5 star. Very professional and efficient, and the prices are very low. Used them several times now and they have always delivered on service and value. Seaham needs places like this.

Absolutely excellent service and wonderful restoration of a pair of Paul Smith brown shoes. They redyed the shoes and they look better yes BETTER than new. I'll definitely be coming back here for any shoe repairs / a bit of TLC / restorations in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Regularly closes much earlier than advertised.  No good if they've just supplied you with a key that does not work and you've got new tenants to house
