The booking was easy and I managed to book for a session in 2 days time, so fairly quick. The staff were professional and nice, I got my treatment done very swiftly. Highly recommend.
I had a very pleasant experience with the team. The receptionist and the audiologist were both super friendly and professional. I received a thorough explanation of the ear wax removal procedure and great advice for after care. I will be happy to come back if I have any problems in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
The service I received at Eltham was outstanding. I am sorry but I clicked on the wrong star, I should have clicked 5 stars.
I was a little bit nervous as I've never been to any ear wax removal. Kirsten was super friendly making me feel comfortable, she is very knowledgeable. So glad I went and having that peace of mind. I would highly recommend them especially Kirsten. Thank you!
