Called in Saturday morning just before they closed after one of the rear suspension springs fell of my car. They arranged for someone to come take a look first thing Monday morning to see if it could be driven to the garage. My car was collected without a problem, repaired and back on the road by lunch time. Professional efficient service, helpful staff I would definitely reccomend and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for repairs to my car.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Booked a "full service" through a quote gathering site. They called me back to book me in. Turns out a full service totalling 140 quid is only an oil change. So you turn up and expecting a full service and theyre happy to take your car. They keep very quiet about the fact they know it only includes an oil change. I was told that its my fault for not studying the fine print of the quote gathering website. They even said they know its shady but it makes them money. Yes theres good money to be had in thievery. Who knew?! So that website (whocanfixmycar dot com) blatantly lies and these guys lie by omission and then blame their customers. Never again. Be warned.

Excellent service clearly explained what the problem was fixed within an hour. Could not have asked for anything better. Thankyou.

My partner took his car with 2faults, airbag light on and engine light on, after putting it on a diagnostic check the technician told us it needed 2 temperature sensors which we agreed to have fitted to solve the problem with the engine light.... It didn't so he then said it could be the thermostat which he fitted. He said he couldn't find the problem with the airbag light and said it could be a fault under the carpet with the wiring but he couldn't find the problem. He rang to say the car was ready and my partner went to collect it....we live on Bexhill close and by the time he had got to the Cobbler pub the offending lights were back on as prior to repair, that cost us £189.00. We were very annoyed about this so we rang Reg Greenwoods and spoke to the man who had done the repair, he suggested we needed an auto electrician but it would cost £100 to do this. We telephoned a local auto electrician who told us to bring our car down , we did he traced the faults to two broken wires in the door and one in the engine compartment. It cost us £150 all in with the diagnostics check.... Brilliant job done in one and a half hours, so to end this review I would like to say... Thanks Reg Greenwoods for taking our money and NOT doing the job, thanks for NOT finding the airbag fault, we will never use you again and would never recommend you to anyone. If you would like to return some of our money it would be much appreciated .
