Exceptional service this morning. Took in my dead or dying Canon printer that Canon customer service unable to fix remotely and it was sorted on the preliminary review. Well recommended. Nice people.
I can't thank you enough, as a dad I thought I could sort my daughters laptop out, turned out I made it worse, I came into the shop seen straight away, explained my issue, and he was right on it , all fixed and sorted out in 20 mins, can't rate you enough. Definitely use again and recommend,
I cannot fault these guys! My computer of over 10 years suddenly died with my whole life on it which I hadn't backed up!! Somehow they magically managed to find my data and restore it for me. I am so grateful as I thought I had lost everything! Highly recommended!

I was delighted with the service I had on Easter Saturday. My printer's problem was diagnosed well and they showed good grace when it came to exchanging an item that I found surplus to my requirements under the circumstances, of course, of it being new and unopened. I would definitely recommend this friendly, independent outfit to anyone
Being a rank amateur I have had to call upon The Computer Studios services all too frequently! Friendly and efficient and very little waiting time. Predicted dates for completion very accurate. Reasonable prices. What more could you want?
As always, a great service, knowledgeable team. So pleased to have these guys on hand when our tech inevitably goes wrong! Would recommend without hesitation.
***** NON-STOP GREAT SERVICE ***** I decided to buy a custom gaming PC for my son for Xmas. Peter and the team at The Computer Studio jumped into action, designed and built an epic PC, even with the shortage of Graphics cards the PC was still ready for Xmas. We did have a few teething issues, which were more user errors than anything. The PC went back in for a check-up with no questions asked - more than once, a member of Peter's team even came round to my home to resolve one issue. I had numerous responses out of hours and late at night from Peter, who never charged me any extra. Everything is now running smoothly. I suggest - if you are looking for a custom PC and want to be well looked after 'The Computer Studio' is definitely worth a visit.
Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will always come back for any technology help and advice.
