First time visiting this cinema and it certainly won’t be my last. I saw the NT Live production of Nye here. I just want to say that the sound here was spot on, as when I saw Nye at Lincoln Odeon it was absolutely terrible. I could actually hear everything properly and clearly!!! Screen 4 wasn’t too big either, and it was very clean throughout. The seats were extremely comfortable and I had loads of leg room as well. Ladies toilets were very clean. The prices of food and drink are really reasonable here, as is the cost of cinema tickets. I’ll certainly bear this place in mind for next time. Pity there isn’t one in Lincoln. Still, I don’t mind the trip down. Hands down recommend.
A lovley independent cinema. East to get to and parking is only a few minutes walk away free on sundays. Lobby is large and light, small seating area. Good selection of food and drinks. Price of tickets is fantastic as is the popcorn! You can book double seats for no extra cost and they are comfortable. Sound quality is very good, you feel as though you are immersed in the movie.
Went to see the Amy Winehouse movies. It was my first time in the cinema since it's been built and I have to say I absolutely loved it. Very well presented, clean and very tidy. Staff were friendly. Plenty of choice with regards to food and drinks. Snacks were expensive but that's no suprise for a cinema. Chairs were comfortable and the seating area was spotless. Definitely be visiting more
Always have a good experience when visiting Savoy Cinema. Clean, comfortable chairs which makes watching films more enjoyable. Last visited Amy Winehouse. Welcomed by pleasant staff.
Very clean and comfortable seats not too loud just white good picture good sounding staff always on Hand to help and very helpful. A nice warm inside drinks are very nice and hot food is good. I must say and Chris are lovely I have no fault whatsoever with them. They got 100% on me
Excellent cinema, very good prices charged for admission and reasonable prices for food and drink, very courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
Comfortable seats, plenty of leg room. Clean Not too expensuve for tickets, snacks and drinks slightly more than purchasing anywhere else, but expected in these venues.
On entering we walked to the relevant screen. Shortly afterwards we were asked for evidence of tickets. Staff member was rude and appeared annoyed we had walked to our seats without being challenged. Just plain rude staff.
First time I'd been as I'm in Grantham visiting family. It's a fantastic little cinema. The seats are really comfortable and the staff seemed really nice. I like what they've done with the immediate area around the cinema too. The cinema is modern, but it has an old school feeling to it. Highly recommend.
I dont know about the other screens but i watched a film on screen 3 and the sound was horribke loud. Please do something about it. Me and my friends didnt enjoy it at all.
