Laura has been so helpful throughout the whole process, myself and my boyfriend have moved out for the very first time so we have had to learn a lot in a small space of time but Laura has been there at the end of the phone for every stupid question I’ve asked. Quick, very reliable and a lovely person to deal with. Glad the property we have rented use Reeds Rains as I’ve heard some awful stories from friends in similar situations with other estate agents. Thank you very much Laura :)

Krystle has made the process over the past few months very easy and stress free. She's also been very clear about the options available to us, and is always available to contact whenever we need her. In terms of the fees, you get what you pay for. For the amount of work and support offered by Krystle it has been well worth it.
