Croft Lettings provide a very professional service in every aspect of their business and nothing is ever too much trouble. As a landlord, they have always found me very reliable tenants and I would have no hesitation in recommending Croft Lettings...Great service in the management of our rental property.

Worst company i have ever been with my mother had server mental health problem inc. Depression and agoraphobia. They used her bad health and memory against her saying she wasnt paying rent or rang for repairs. Then when i got involved asking for repairs on the kitchen ceiling falling down, the toilet not working and other things that stopped working through out the house, they tried to get us to pay over 1400 pound in rent that was already paid by housing benefit
 DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE !!

When I was a couple of weeks late paying my rent. These guys tried to tell me that I was in 6 weeks worth of arrears...... Luckily I had receipts because the council initially believed them and stopped my HB.

They seemingly forgot that their tenants pay a months rent as deposit AND a months rent in ADVANCE before moving in. Or, maybe they didn't forget? Maybe they tried it on......... And failed.
