Awful customer service, large party of 17. Arrived at 8:15 finally ate at 10:10! Over an hour to even be acknowledged, all the food came out and different times some had finished while others were still waiting. One meal had to be sent back as it was unacceptable and starters specifically asked for as mains came out as starters. Samuel the manager had a disgusting attitude and proceeded to shout at our party. Will never be using this curry house again. First time visiting and definitely the last!

Wonderful meal and staff made you feel very special. Chicken Pathia the best I've ever had.My sister in law is looking forward to going again. Top Quality!!!! Thank you..

Absolutely diabolical service. Arrived with a party of 20 to celebrate an anniversary. Waited an hour to even be acknowledged! Another hour for food to arrive, all of the meals came at uneven times, people had finished before others received their mains! We spoke to the "manager" (Samuel) who had a disgusting attitude towards any kind of reimbursement and became aggressive and began to shout at our party who were trying to explain the situation. His attitude was to "not come again" if we don't like the service. What was supposed to be a celebratory evening became a disaster. Avoid at all costs.

One of the best places for a curry in Redditch. The serving team are always on point, ready for a joke and a laugh. Also they are very knowledgeable about the menu. The food is amazing and never disappoints. I would recommend the Redolence to anyone with no doubt in my mind that they would have a great time. Keep up the good work. 🤙🏼🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒
