I tried ordering a pizza at around 1:45pm (Wednesday the 14th of March) using credit from a previous complaint, only to be spoken to like a child when I misheard what was being said. Being an 18(almost) year old female I don’t not appreciate this. When I was told that there would be an hour wait I decided to change my mind on the order due to having plans and rang up to cancel my order, only to have abuse shouted at me and the phone put down on me. Safe to say I will not be ordering from this shop again no matter how nice the pizza is. Customer service is key.

Food quality and service is much better than it was and it looks like it Papa John’s changed the management. Friendly staff.

Normally good pizza but someone there cooked a pizza that overdone the cheese and sauce evaporated and it was as hard as stone and they even delivered it, will post pic of it

Absolutely terrible service and customer service. I ordered a XL all the meats pizza, Garlic bread and a Bottle of 7up after waiting over an hour it finally arrived stone cold with no drink so I called up to complain, the man who answered the phone was very rude but non of the less agreed to send out a new pizza and drink so I agreed. After waiting another 45mins another pizza arrive boiling hot but the wrong pizza (Plain cheese) I then called up again where the same man answers he was very rude and sarcastic telling me to "throw it away as it's no use to him" so I informed him I will make a formal complaint to head office and where he then said " go ahead they won't be bothered anyway" Tomorrow I will be contacting head office as I have never experienced such terrible service before.

Used to be the best. We would order from here a few times a month. Don't know what's happened in the last 6 months but have been there three times and all the times the pizza has been drier than Pharos' flip flop
