One good driver...son of owner. Another one is shockingly rude and drives like a racing idiot as if cant wait to get you out the car. Doesn't speak...doesn't even acknowledge you!! If it wasn't for the son...it would get negative stars if possible!! Avoid.
Wow! What an great experience! All I needed was a lift home but I ended up on a roller coaster of emotion! He really gave the drive of my life : his friendly and helpful service got me where I needed to go on time! Without this taxi my marriage would of ended and I'd be a lonely pennyless mormon. William, thank you for saving me from my self. You and your big ginger beard got me through a really tough time in my life and for that I can not thank you enough from the bottom of my heart
Thanks Keith for a fabulous Taxi Service you really made our weekend complete. You didn't even mind me ringing you to change the pick up times ever day lol. Your a star * from Sharon & co. who stayed at the Shanklin Beach Hotel at 23rd/24th June. Defiantly use you next time x
On holiday in Ryde when hubby taken poorly with bad hip. Couldn't walk back to hotel so rang taxi but told they busy with festival. Luckily flagged down George in taxi who had had no show & he kindly took us to hotel & helped me in with hubby. Thank u much George ....you're a star hope company appreciate u as much as I do !
Phoned up and asked if a taxi could be arrange from Shanklin asap, this was at 1:18am, man told my friend that's no problem will be 20 mins. We was then stood waiting for the taxi, 20 mins came and went; then did half an hour so we called the taxi only to be greeted by an answer machine, we tried again, same occurrence. So we tried a few more companies, unfortunately no result from any of this. By this time 50 mins had passed and still no taxi, we tried calling again and still going to answer phone. This has now resulted in us walking back from Shanklin to Brading. If you're not going to do the pick up, do not arrange it. Time wasting, bad customer service and just down right rude. Will never use or attempt to use the company again.
Couldnt ask for more from a taxi service, Apologised for a small error in pick up which was no problem at all, Arrived on time still and took us to the destination quickly and safely.
Excellent was on time driver had a very long day, but was courteous and friendly
Excellent service. Picked up on time there and back. Anthony was pleasant and chatty and got 2 old ladies home safely.
