The team are very helpful and knowledgeable. My engine light had been on for a short while. Chris was able to diagnose the issue and deal with it promptly. Highly recommend, superb service, friendly team.
Unfriendly, rude and bad customer service. Booked my van in here when the engine light came on. I dropped it off first thing at 8.30am when they opened and didn’t hear from them all morning so I rang them once late lunchtime for an update, I got a strong sense from the mechanics tone of voice that I was bothering him and he was quite rude and said to collect my van right away as parts weren’t available that day. So I picked it up and was told they would ring with a price, didn’t hear from them for 3 days so rang back and was told again they would ring back with a quote. Never heard back! Not ideal as my van is my means to make a living and support my family so a days missed work/money and problem not solved. Had to take another day off work and book it in with another garage who thankfully sorted the problem very quickly and were polite and professional unlike redline! Will definitely not be using again! I don’t really appreciate rudeness and having my time wasted, doesn’t take much to treat people decently.
Very honest people at this garage not many of them about,so happy about the outcome with them.
Citroen C4 Grand Picasso developed an electric handbrake fault where it wouldn’t apply. Took it to my usual servicing place, Halfords for diagnostic. Cost me £50 and then they said the fault states both rear callipers need replacing at a cost of £650 as well as rear discs and brakes total price over £1000.nnI was going to take it to Citroen for a second opinion and had it booked in for yet another diagnostic which was going to cost £100. So that would be £150 on diagnostics alone.nnMy next door neighbour then recommended a garage to me, I called the garage and they then recommended redline servicing as the car is French.nnTook it for them and they did a diagnostic for £24. Said it was the callipers but as the fault was intermittent at the time to leave it until it completely failed. Eventually it completely failed and they said they would further check it, low and behold it wasn’t the callipers but a damaged wire, all fixed for £135.nnAlso said my rear brakes and discs are good for at least another 1500-2000 miles.nnThis is a top garage, very friendly and honest, a bit out of the way but will be my go to place from now on. Nice to not feel ripped off.nnCheers guys.
Great Service from Steve. Small job but 5 studs are needed rather than 4.
