Always charged more than quoted service is useless and rude. Promise to get the back to you telling you they are doing the work now but when you phone tell you they will look later. I started going to this garage a couple of years ago and back then I would have recommended them but in the last six months their service has become useless. Shame.

Avoid at all costs! A bunch of incompetent con men with absolutely no professionalism. I was initially quoted £250 to fix my starter with 2 hours labour... 5 days later and 2 price changes I was told to pay £826.. I then called Honda for a quote and was given one for £420- ( everyone knows main dealerships are over priced) so I find it tremendously difficult to comprehend how it cost  £826 and to top it off on receiving my car back, it has now got issues with my injector/turbo which were not there before- to which these people say unlucky - not our problem... DISGUSTING SERVICE AND CLEARLY AN ATTEMPT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE- the most unpleasant experience I've ever had with any business.

Knowledgeable, friendly, honest and cheaper than national companies. Can't ask for more than that. Trust them with both my cars
