Not from the area, and happily stumbled across this gem of an Indian. They were very busy with takeaways, which is definitely their main effort, but they welcomed us to sit in and looked after us remarkably quickly. The food was amazing. Hot, tasty, and beautifully spiced. Thank you.b
Unfortunately when we arrived to collect our order at the states time it wasn't ready. We waited 45 mins while it was being prepared. They also tried to charge us for a starter that had been crossed off the order and we had to ask for this to be refunded. During this long wait we weren't offered anything apologie. Once we had returned home with our order, a Naan bread was missing. We phoned to ask for this to be delivered. It was agreed that it would be delivered within 15 minutes and an hour later it still hasn't arrived. Very poor customer service.

Very hidden gem! Attentive service, great value for money. The portions are not as big as your usual Indian restaurant which I find actually really good since I normally end up eating a lot more!
The food is nice. Its a little frustrating when you order but end up waiting twice as long for collections.
We were in bristol and read good reports,so went in for a takeaway.ordered two lamb baltis rice and nann...all of it was quite bland, but sour even the nann bread...very wierd...wont try again:

Food was very good but confusing ordering system. Selected a 2045 pickup and didn't look at my emails. Wasn't told when I arrived that they'd moved my pick up back to 2110. Then ended up waiting until 2130 anyway! Frustrating as food was very nice.Food: 5/5
Excellent meal and a very attentive and welcoming work force. An absolute shame that they are closing down the restaurant area, and providing only take away meals. Really one of the better curries my mate and I have experienced. Keep the restaurant open, please.
