Staff are not so friendly and they just don't seem bothered. Usually staff aren't managing the site so you have to use the self service ticket machine. Once you're on the train the conductor hardly ever walks down to allow you to buy a ticket resulting in you being fined. Train is usually dirty and any bit of bad weather, late.

Not as good as Droitwich Station. However, one thing in it's favour is that the railway offers an easily navigationable route out of Redditch. Most unlike travelling by car. Redditch Facts: Redditch is un-disputable evidence that town planners like to binge on LSD There are lost souls, driving round Redditch, who have been trying to find a way out since 1970 The original population of Redditch was 7000 people. Often friendly staff, just a shame about the parking and layout of the car park. A nightmare to get in and out, not helped by lorries (supplying the takeaways that back onto the car park) often blocking the narrow entrance, obstructing vision and flow. Access to toilets, and reliability of ticket machines could also be improves. However there is a good amount of shelter when waiting for a train, and a shop to provide sustenance.

Old station, but with enough modern bits to help make this station great all round.
