Nice but always needs a police presence, always has young adults messing around in and around the bus and train station.
The less I have to wait the better, buses are never on time.
When buses don't turn up, there is no communication from the depo, if you ask another driver you get shunted with "I don't know" and a funny look for asking.
Redditch Bus Station seems to have the magical property of lowering the temperature immediately around it by 10°C. That may prove to be very useful as global warming takes over, but by gum it does freeze the parts that other bus stations can't reach! Apart from that, it does what a bus station should do, but in a curiously lacklustre way. Use it if you have to, but adjust your hopes and expectations.
Who ever designed the bus station never catch a bus in his life and the planers must had been in a day dreaming as it like a wind tunnel and very cold
Fantastic bus services. Helpful staff.
Needs more places to sit while waiting for your bus.
Cold, windy and uninviting. This place is littered with old gum, vomit stains and herds of bored bus drivers desperate for that last lungful carcinogenic smoke. You can't walk ten paces without wading through some second-hand smoke. The information screens are only rough guidelines as to when the bus leaves. They will leave whenever they want and mutter something unintelligible when asked. The exception is a couple of good staff that hold the whole thing together in a fragile arrangement; like a crispy, dry Christmas tree in January. One bump and that lot is just going to collapse.
It's very cold there but the buses was very good thankyou
Bus was late and when it arrived. At Stratford it didn't go to the temporary bus stop at top of Henley Street. So I missed my connecting bus to Wellesbourne, and had to wait for another hour for the last one.
