Love it here, worth every pennies. The events are such good value. I have a 3 and 4 year old and they loved it. So much fun to pack into a day. It can get muddy so wear wellies. That said it's very clean, unlike some other farms it doesn't smell bad. The petting area is lovely and mine love the soft play barn. They normally have an hour in there, soft play for toddlers in one corner and larger one for older kids. They also have a space with play shops and ride on toys. It's more expensive to go during events but earth the extra. ======== Christmas experience is brilliant value for money.
We all love coming to this farm and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The kids love feeding and handling the animals. We will definitely continue to be regular visitors here. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
Absolutely amazing family day for the Farmer Christmas experience. The set up was great it felt like the right number of people it wasn't rammed and didn't feel rushed. The staff stayed in character and made it great for the children. We all came away happy and feeling very festive. I felt it was great value for money tooVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Wow! What a magical experience! We always have a great time at Reddish Vale Farm but the Santa Experience was something else. The amount of creativity and magical touches that have gone into creating magic and memories blew me away. The outfits are amazing , the decorations are spot on, the Christmas trees are huge and it all really makes you feel like you are at the North Pole. My son is 5 but I can see us going for a few years to come as it was so cleverly done and watching his face take in all the magic was so wonderful. There are even silly things for the Adults to spot like the Elf and Safety poster and there are photographs in Santa’s grotto of the actual actors. All the elves and Santa were brilliant but my personal favourite was Mrs Claus you are a star. The experience is so organised there are no long waits and it all feels covid safe you need to wear a mask but the spaces are large and well ventilated and some of it is outside too. We couldn’t believe how much you got to do and keep there was an large plush Elf toy that you stuffed yourself and an elf certificate then a letter to Santa and then a gingerbread decorating session which you could eat or take home and hot chocolate for the parents. They got sweets from the elf shop and then the usual toy from Santa was age specific and not one of those that falls apart on the way home! To anyone wondering if it’s worth the money it absolutely is, go for it!
Loads to do: animal feeding 1£ carrot bucket, holding small animals & chicks, playground indoor, tractor ride 2£, giant playground outside with places to eat...nice day out. Everything was cash inside. Need to order tickes online Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff. Kids need to learn more to pkay together & share Parking: Outside parking next to the entrance
Primarily a riding centre. Doeshave a viewing area and a country park very close by. Good parking facilities. Nice carfe and tea room. Does hot and cold food with a selection of hot and cold drinks cakes and snacks.
We went today with my little boy for the farmer christmas experiance. It was absolutley amazing. We started off going to Elf school. And then progressed to the toy shed to make his own stuffed Elf. Which then he got given a certificate to say he was a certified Elf. We then went to the pole mail barn where he wrote his own letter to santa and jad it stamped and then posted in the North pole mail box. We then went to the Elf village where he recoeved a free bag off aeeets fron the Elf shop. We then went down the magic tunnel to Mrs Claus kitchen. Where he decorated his own Gingerbread Man with Icing and smarties. The adults was then given the choice of a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows or a mulled wine. This was a nice touch. Then Mrs Claus sat all the children down and told them a story about Santa at Christmas. We then left Mrs Claus and went through to the farm yard where you could pet and look at the animals. We then went into Santas grotto where Santa came down the Chimney. And then he sat and had pictures with all the children . Who when that was done recieved a gift appropriate for there age. It has veen a wonderful way yo spend the afternoon and to see the joy on my child's face was well worth it. I highly recommend this for everyone and will definitely be back next year.
Today we went to Reddish Vale and it was our best Christmas experience so far We had a Christmas song and dance with the elves, made our own Elf plush in Santa's workshop, wrote and posted a letter to Santa, made gingerbread men with hot chocolate and had a story with Mrs. Claus, saw the animals and then met lovely the main man himself and received a huge present! A really fabulous and super magical experience
We had a fantastic day here. The farm was set up so well with loads to to. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the petting area where they could hold rabbits, chicks and Guinea pigs. The park area is fantastic and has been extended lots since I first visited. The staff were really lovely and really helped to make sure the kids had a fantastic day.
Had an amazing dino day curtesy of a prize I won online from reddish vale farm. As well as being able to feed the farm animals, we were also able to meet roaming dinosaurs, baby dinosaurs, become rangers and dig for fossils with sweets as prizes. But my son also found a golden egg, from which he was able to choose a brachiasaurus toy from the shop. The only negative was the rain, but that didn't put to much of a downer on our day
