We have been dining out at Red Rose for a couple of years; it was always fantastic place to eat out. It is now even better under new management: New bright atmosphere. New menu with authentic Indian food. All home made dessert menu - delicious. And still with very reasonable prices! We went there last night with my wife. The main courses we had Chicken Jalfrezi and Lamb Karahi were the most delicious ones we have ever had in England. Highly recommended.
We had A company evening with 19 diners ordering 25 plus dishes, every one of them excellent. A gem of a place with fresh decor and great staff. Will be using again and again.
Just had lunch deal here. Fabulous, tasty food with just the right amount of spices that will make you tingle bit not reek of garlic and chilli over the afternoon brilliant value. Bill and Gunesh are really friendly and are always making sure that you are enjoying their food. AND... I took my mum here and she is loving it! Prem
Very ordinary curries. Ordered two vegetarian curries one with paneer and one with vegetables but unfortunately both were made in same curry sauce and they both were so sweet. Didn't expect this taste for these dishes.
Food very good, not many in house diners but lots of take away. I missed the hot plates the previous owners would put on the tables, but none the less, a good meal with my middle daughter.
They forgot to bring some of the food is ordered via the just eat app. I called them to tell them and they said can we give it for free next time. I said no. They said they will deliver it in 15 minutes. Hours later they did not deliver it and ignoring my phone calls.
An excellent restaurant that serves consistently delicious, quality food. Has become our regular and for good reason - food is delicious and prompt, service is friendly and professional and portion sizes are generous. Sam Gur
I don't think I can find a better Indian food any where else unique taste a proper traditional food speedy service friendly helpful staff they look after each individual no matter weather you dine in or takeaway Red Rose is the best
Poor food, very watery, would not recommend at all. Plenty of other good quality places local to here that are a similar price. Will not be returning.
I'm genuinely gutted - have been a big fan of this restaurant for ~15 years, but their standards have fallen considerably in recent months, and we won't be using them again.
