Not one to complain as the food was really nice tasting but it wasn't even in the slightest warm, the shop didn't have a working card machine or cash point even on the same parade of shops and despite this and staying optimistic I then had two really long brown hairs in my food, when I called the shop to explain not by any means looking for a refund or free bee as I'd carried on eating my food he asked me if my delivery was taking too long after trying to explain three times something so simple as multiple hairs in my food, so frustrating! The end result was a verbal apologie or a free delivery, the free delivery not sounding appealing to me after the previous one obviously
Never written a review before but felt compelled to after this awful experience. I'd called with a simple order - just one dish - and collected it at the time I was asked to. The guy at the desk ignored me as I entered, then picked up the phone, took two orders for several minutes, and then finally put the phone down and asked me what I was there for. I told him I was picking up an order, and he started creating me a new order. After explaining I was there to pick it up and wasn't making another order, he went into the kitchen and got my order for me. After he came back with it, I then stood there waiting to pay for over 10 minutes whilst he took phone calls and went out into the kitchen. Several staff members came out but none were willing to help, despite the fact I'd asked to pay and was standing there with my card in my hand. Eventually, the guy on the phone produced a card machine and attempted to enter my order, couldn't manage it, tried to get someone else to do it who couldn't manage it either, then tried again and voided the transaction. By that time, I figured my food would be stone cold, so I told them not to bother and walked out. I've never seen such a disorganised business in my life, I have no idea how they get any orders out at all.
Never have I witnessed such awful service in my life. The food was 40 minutes late and after calling up twice it was finally delivered stone cold so it had to be re-heated. None of the gentlemen I spoke to even apologised and I had to put my foot down in order to get a discount off a meal, that should of been free in my opinion. Disgusted and would advise people to AVOID this place!
Would not order again. Food was cold / barley warm, the vegtable korma could only be described as mashed potato with flavouring, it was like baby food, and the poppadom's was stale. Really not happy.
Fantastic food. The prices were cheap for the quality of food. The delivery was on time and there was no delays. I recommend people who like garlic, try Chicken Roshni. The chicken was succulent and will definitely be interested going again.
These guys run a good show. Great food, very fast, no problem using debit card. They have also stayed open a bit beyond closing to allow me time to collect. Top notch!
I think this could be the best indian takeaway Egham .I have tried a lot. The chicken tikka was delicious. Highly recommend Raj brasserie...
Not happy with the service. Order was wrong, they forgot items that I paid for- after I'd waited two hours for the food in the first place. Not impressed at all.
