"Small Body Control Pilates classes at various locations in Alsager, Church Lawton and surrounding areas, including regular mat classes of varying abilities, very small group Healthy Back Pilates, Bone Health and Balance Pilates classes. I myself have practised Body Control Pilates for 16 years and qualified as a teacher 9 years ago. I teach only Pilates which is my passion and I am proud to hold specialist qualifications in Pilates for Osteoporosis, back pain and pregnancy and postnatal Pilates. Over the years I have developed an interest and attended courses on Pilates for hypermobility and rehabilitation. I have supported many clients pre and post op via one to one sessions, including hip and Knee replacements."
