I popped into this pub for a quick drink and it was not that busy pool table in there and music out of a juke box that was pipped into the garden which I liked if I had a complaint the music was just a BIT to loud in the garden but I would go back again

I'm quite new to March and I've visited nearly every pub I town BUT this pub has something!! EVERY time I've visited not often due to covid I've been welcomed by staff and remembered by locals. By far the best public house in the town
Arrived 1.45 asked if to late to order food as close at 2pm. We all sat down to a wonderful meal unrushed and even time for desert and coffee. Very nice helpful staff ,Best meal in a pub for a very long time. We left at 3pm . Thank you .

Been a few times now. Love it if i lived nearby it would be my "local" good happy atmosphere. Friendly helpful landlady & staff.
3 fights in one night, men's toilet cubicle always seems busy, lost wallet, shoes and dignity. Would recommend to anyone!
