Fantastic food both in the evening and for breakfast, welcoming staff and all the changes in place to ensure a safe visit. Room was lovely with great facilities and a fantastic bed! Would highly recommend for a meal or a break away.
We love good food served in a relaxed atmosphere and the Red Lion does it all so well: the staff are friendly and knowledgable and there seems a real real team spirit. We stayed two nights and were treated to an entirely different tasting menu on the second night. Highly recommend.
Wonderful antidote to lockdown. Top notch lunch of Halibut Cevice, Loin of Pork with crispy veg and other tasty treats, and a nod to Christmas pud with delicious ice cream. Friendly service. Topped up with the best G&T in the county and wide range of wines by the glass.
Small perfect sized plates of excellent delicious food. The service was friendly and efficient. Definitely return and recommend a visit.
