Think they might have been understaffed and had a large group of guests. But the staff managed it amazingly and we had the best time here. Amazing and friendly service from everyone behind the bar and at the door. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the bar with a front seat to all the action. And the music was just hit after hit. Great cocktails and they are also good a making the classics. Went here twice in one evening and would come back again.
Local crafted drink selection is great. Craft drinks are pre-batched so no need to alter. But the bar staff is well equipped to sort out your request. Our drinks were great!
It would be 10 stars if they let me. Firstly, i was on my own and made to feel so welcome. Secondly, the cocktails were just SUPERB! Mike reallly tried to learn about my tastes and reflect those in what he recommended. Had a super evening. Thanks guys. Awesome service and drinks. Now where’s that hangover breakfast?
I love this place. It feels naughty but is perfectly safe. It feels a bit 'Cabaret' and people often dress up to come here. However, it's not pretentious and the staff are lovely. The cocktails are great and the atmosphere is relaxing.
Went for a private 40th party, nice venue i remember when it was a club called Tube but the service is beyond horrendous and simply dumb. They wouldn’t let us order from the bar and insisted that the 30+ of us waited for just one lone guy to come take our drink orders at a time. Under the circumstances you thought that they would have just let us go to the bar, we all would have probably bought double the amount of drinks we slowly got all night. Plus adding a £2 service charge on every drink that they eventually brought over seems daft.
Awesome drinks and atmosphere here. Had questions about the sazerac as I wanted to try something new and the bartender came over and explained everything. Would definitely return!
Awful service. Regularly forgot what was ordered and didn't listen to those ordering with multiple attempts to 'read back' the order resulting in wildy different drinks each time. Took multiple attempts to chase and rectify missing drinks and were offered whatever other cocktail was there and ready instead presumably making it worse for someone else. Didn't respond to requests for the bill and tried to bring us tequila shots as compensation when we explicitly said no. Add in trying to fit 7 into a space for 4, disgusting toilets and table areas that aren't cleaned. A thin fake veneer of class exposing a shoddy operation underneath and a shame considering what it was only a few years ago. Avoid
Booked a table of 6 for my partners birthday, arrived to find the door locked. No answer on the phone. Shocking treatment, absolutely ruined her birthday Will avoid from now on.
For the cost of the drinks the venue charges, I felt it wasn't worth it. Service was slow and felt it was all a bit amateurish. But on the plus side drinks were good.
Beautiful bar, incredible cocktails what more could you want!
