Very easy access, good prices, staff very friendly,  the ferry is always clean and cozy, thank you very much for the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the service provided,  well organised and yes there was a slight wait time but it has to be expected with anything where mother nature is involved.nnWe had booked the Signature lounge and it was well worth the extra money. We met a lovely lady from Lithunia who delivered impeccable customer service and then on the way back she looked after us again  including her colleague!! Wonderful service  from two great ladies, I hope they get recognised for their service skills.nnI would highly recommend the Red Funnel service and the Signature Lounge for anyone seeking a trip across the solent to visit the Isle of Wight.

Easy online booking, friendly and helpful terminal staff and good, free connection bus at Southampton. Pretty good package.
