Arrived a few minutes before the jet was going to leave. I asked the lady about the ticket machine and she was helpful. I grabbed my ticket and rush passed her as I know the jet is about to leave to which she tells me I've missed it!!!!!... (someone is asking her on the walkie talkie if there's anymore boarding. To which she reply so no!) SO had to sit and wait for the next one. Not impressed and the lady did not say one word to me after that.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Queues can be quite large depending on the time of day you travel but the waiting area is covered and once they start to let you board its quick and efficient.

Friendly service, expect the Red Jet to be very busy at peak times. When a festival is on there is no trouble and staff will point you in the right direction for transport :)
