Always cheaper than the alternative options but still expensive considering. Crossings are always good and have been on time with no issues. One negative is they send you away if early when you know there is space on the ferry. I get you have a price and time block but sometimes if early it wouldn’t hurt to let you on early freeing up space on the next ferry for someone else. To be sent away for half an hour to then come back and wait for an hour is a little pointless in my opinion.

Not going to lie. First time was nervous recking but with friendly and helpful staff, out experience was flawless. However, it is a bit pricey for the distance.  Also thick they should offer you a better price if you travel with them before or regularly. Otherwise, three claps to the staff.

The staff are really professional and smiley. The smile is the icing on the cake, something that is lost in customer service these days.nnI was close to taking off a star for the price of a ticket. Seems like you could fly to Spain cheaper, but, it's a really pleasant experience.nnGet in quick if you want hot food, the queue gets big quick.

Great ferry crossing in both directions, we were travelling with 2 large dogs in a motorhome, the staff were very friendly. Very effective in loading and unloading the vessel. Highly recommended

As an overall view, the journey and transportation were great. Easy signs to follow, helpful staff guiding us where to go. Nice and comfortable boat ride. Kids love it.nOur only issue was the cafe, although there is a variation of food. We found it to be too expensive for us, as a family of 6. For a sausage sandwich, it would have cost us £5.25 just for one. For us, we could not justify paying £31.50 just for everyone to have a sandwich.
