Well organised, friendly service all round. We wanted to depart earlier than booked & this was not a problem, really pleased. Seeing the huge cruise ships at the end was a great sight to see.

Great service. We arrived early for our 2pm crossing, however we didn’t realise that we could have gone on the 1pm as it wasn’t made clear and we came back from our lunch stop to find the other cars gone! Maybe make that clearer at the kiosk! Long queues for coffee on board as only one lady serving she was doing her best Otherwise a very pleasant crossing with plenty of room for everyone and efficient boarding/ unloading. On our return trip we were served drinks quickly and everything was good. We had this crossing free of charge as we stayed on the island for 3 nights and this was complimentary. Really worth seeking out these offers. Would definitely do this again.

This ferry is very easy to get to. Entry onto ferry is expertly guided by friendly staff. The journey is fabulous with lovely views of mainland and Isle. The breakfast is very nice, although expensive, with other snack choices and a selection of gifts available. There is an array of activity leaflets available. The ferries have plenty of seating inside and out and exceptionally clean. All staff on board are helpful and friendly.nThe downside is the ferry prices. Expect long waits and delays during Cowes week.nOverall, it is an enjoyable experience.

Not the best start or end of our travels with them. An hour later departing, only found out 30 mins before we arrived & told not to arrive until 45 mins before departure. The return was worse, as it was cancelled entirely. Had to book into a hotel to catch a ferry the next day. Did offer something late night but would have reached home by 3am. With a disability, that's not an option and refused any compensation
