Agreed to have a collection - described the items as numerous bits of Ikea furniture, glass desks, bookcases etc at time of arranging - but when men turned up they said they only wanted pine furniture as they couldn’t sell Ikea stuff. Took only a small pine desk that is light as a feather and fits in my car (ie collection unnecessary). This would have been fine if I’d been told that in the first place - I’m needing to clear furniture to a time limit so this has added unnecessary time and stress to my move. Guys, please be clear about the kind of furniture you will and won’t accept! Said it would cost me £150 to pay them to take it away. I’ll do it myself for the fractional cost of a van hire, but sadly will probably have to tip the lot. A man and van (actually 2 men) moved my entire house a couple of years back for £120 so I’m not too impressed overall! Sigh. They were polite and arrived promptly so 2 stars for that...

Thank you so much Dave (and colleague). That was sterling work today coping unforseen snags which you overcame with patience and humour... all while taking the best care of the sofa!  I'll recommend you to everyone.

We needed my Mum's bungalow cleared of furniture and unwanted items in the garage, shed and greenhouse.  Absolutely superb service from Dave and his team today.   Prompt, very organised and courteous. We would recommend them without hesitation.  Thank you so much.
