Found rebound whilst looking on the net for suspension/seat post service. Luckily for me, rebound was only about 8 miles away. I had just done a 3 ride weekend in Scotland and my reverb stealth had developed a bit of squish! Phoned up and booked the post in for service, drove over on the day and dropped the whole bike off. This was on a Tuesday. Got a text on the Thursday telling me the post was done! Picked the bike up and the post is like new, belting service! On top of that, I had a lower leg service on my pikes whilst I waited. All in all a great service provided by rebound and I shall definitely return now that I have found them.

Sorted out my reverb that Mojo had given up on. Despite being a 2013 model, past its sell by date, seized up and ready for the scrap yard Rebound brought the reverb dropper post back to life... and all in less than 5 days from drop off to pick up, and for £60 (bargain!). Leisure Lakes Bikes (Bury) were the guys that recommended Rebound for those tricky suspension issues, and after my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebound going forward!

Spoke to Jason, he talked me through what he would do in a service, posted him my reverb post and got it back within 2 days working beautifully - it feels as good (better even?!) than when new. Great service - will use him again for Forx/Rear Shock when the time comes...

Really good service. Seat posts are always a worry when they don't work, but Jason explained what he thought was the issue, I posted it off, he texted me when it arrived, carried out the work and I had it back the next day in full working order ... great to see a service centre that does what it says it will do, and at reasonable cost. Top work and thanks.
