I received excellent service here yesterday, after suffering issues with my rear brake I called in to see if I could get some help identifying the problem, Neil stopped what he was doing to come outside, showed me where the problem was, and even lubricated the caliper after fixing it for me. Wouldn't accept any money afterwards either. Will definitely be using this shop in the future for all my biking parts and work needed. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Front suspension and rear shock serviced for £40. He even put a spacer in my shock to stop it bottoming out. All done in a couple of hours using official fox parts. Cheers

Once again brilliant, cost effective and friendly service. Don't go to the big chains to get your bike sorted.

I Gave him two MTB bikes. The first needed to bleed the brakes and check them why there is no pressure and another one just needed new wheel and swap the part (gears, brake disc etc.) 1) On collection he said that he done the brake bleeding and he took the bike for a ride to heat the pads up and see if will help to get rid of the squeals and get better pressure on pads. Don't think that he did that, as I gave him a bike on flat tires and I pick the bike in the same state... Only cost £15 for that. 2) 2nd bike was in his shop for two weeks and still he didn't do it. Every two days I gave him a call to find out what's happening with that wheel?! "Its on the way" "Courier will drop that off today" next day "They didn't deliver that, it will be delivered today.. " next day "still not got that wheel" next day "Let me ring my supplier up and I will give you call later" he never rang back!!! Is the wheel coming from china ??? "no no is on the way" LOL I said to that guy I will collect the bike. Collected he never said "sorry". "get the wheel I will do it in 15 min" OMG what a guy. The guy is a liar... Two weeks of waiting for nothing... What I'm going to do on Ester ?? Better going to Halfords and pay few quid more and it be done in few hours.. I don't recommend him. During the day he keeps all the bikes outside not covered. My bike after two weeks looks like came from scrap yard there is so much rust. Think about if you want to give him the bike for a few days..
