I have had several items from reboot over the last year or so and all have been more than adequate for the job. Customer service is good and Lee goes that extra mile to help wherever possible ...it is good to be able to get hardware at sensible prices and keep stuff out of landfil. The previous review from "nickname unavailable" does not ring true in my honest opinion.

Great service!  Had multiple problems with my system after it had been into the incompetent fool at Jaycee's (Forres high street)  The guys at reboot have done a fantasatic job of putting it all right..  Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service.  Thank you especially Will.

computer did not work properly. cd and floppy drive fell out when i opened the wrapping. i am very very disappointed. they offered to talk me through how to fix it over the phone but would not pay to have it fixed.
