Went in here the other day for a simple syringe of thermal paste for fitting a new CPU for a friend. person in the shop then proceeds to squeeze out some thermal paste form a larger syringe (clearly this other stuff was dried out and yep i was right when i got handed it) when i inquired about how the thermal paste had dried out i got told we don't use thermal paste here we find a good metal to metal contact is enough... this alone is enough to destroy and VOID intel and AMD's warranties when not if the CPU over heats under stress, i strongly suggest anyone who has had a CPU fitted here to have it checked. Shop is an absolute mess and some of the stuff STILL on the shelves im sure i had when i started with PC's about 20+ years ago. quite sad really as someone who actually cares about computers could do well as the shop is well placed on the high street

Would like to thank the two young lads in Bobs (Jaycees ) computer shop this morning who spent almost an hour on my I Pad. They couldn't have done enough to help me with the problem,nothing was too much bother for them,I didn't get their names,but they were so helpful and have restored my faith in human beings. They wouldn't take a penny for their time , thank you so much lads,it's a great shop (man-cave ) and would recommend Bob or the lads in anything to do with computers etc. thanks again, You are a credit to Forres Town . I called in with a cel phone question which was dealt with and then discussed a computer problem. The service was both friendly and informative enough for me to return with a computer for repair. I wholly recommend this man for service and attention to detail.

A complete computer fraud! formatted my backup hard drive by mistake losing precious holiday photo's etc! Ignorant, rude man that sold me a graphics card that once home I found a different, less expensive model fitted. Upon questioning he denied fitting completely! My old graphics card was later tested at Reboot and found to be fine! It was the computers memory that I eventually diagnosed and replaced myself and I know nothing about computers yet still know more than Bob @ Jaycees! Just see the mess his shop is in to make you think twice about leaving it there! If you want quality computer service then forget this joker, take it to reboot!
