Outstanding customer service from Your Move Dunfermline. From the very first phone call enquiring about putting our house up for sale, right through to securing a buyer the staff have -all been excellent. Victoria was our first introduction, she visited our property and was so professional and friendly to deal with. Jane also supported us during the early stages, keeping in touch so we were really clear on next steps. Suzanne then stepped in once our property went on the market and has been fantastic throughout the whole process. Keeping us updated every step of the way, supporting us with viewings and any queries we’ve had. Nothing has been too much for her to deal with and we’re so grateful. The whole process end to end has been dealt with so efficiently. Would 100% recommend Your Move Dunfermline to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
Excellent service from all at the Dunfermline branch. Suzanne was our point of contact and she was efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. We sold our property and bought another through the company and I was very impressed with the ease and communication throughout. Our house sold very quickly and I believe the excellent marketing package helped this. Will happily recommend Your Move Dunfermline for buyers and sellers.
I have recently sold a property through Your Move as I have had such a good experience renting the property through them for a number of years thanks to Mathew for looking after the rental side of things. I had an offer within 3 days and when that offer fell through the team got the property back on the market the same day and called clients who had previously viewed it. This resulted in getting another offer the next day. Throughout the process the whole team have been so helpful and made everything very straightforward. Jane went out of her way to get updates and keep me informed. Would definitely use again and a big thanks to the whole team.

Can't rate Mathew highly enough! He has been professional,friendly, understanding to our needs and efficient when getting us sorted with a house to rent. Because of the time of year and we have pets, it was getting difficult and stressful finding accommodation in Edinburgh, so we decided to try Dunfermline, and we are happy we made the decision to do so! Not only was Mathew, supportive to our circumstances but he was on the ball for helping to get everything in place within the time frame we had. We are now fully situated in our new rental and enjoying making it into our new home. Thank- you Mathew, for all your help!

Me and my family went to Scotland for only three days.
