Was a great gym, though has closed down suddenly with no advanced notice.

Not enough equipment and the equipment they do have is either broken or awkward weird things they probably got cheap, no rower for back and your forced to try and share one cable cross over between people that want to use it for cable tricep pushdowns or cable bicep curls etc

Was absolutely loving the load music today, usually I don’t enjoy this gym as much as the other gym I go to because there isn’t really an atmosphere but today it was great!! Couldn’t fault it today:))

Simple gym; very cheap. There's a good selection of free weights, deadlift stations, squat rack and benches. Plenty of punch bags. There's also loads of treadmills, elipticals and cycling machines for cardio too. Changing rooms and showers available as well.
