Russ has treated me for two different conditions.  In both cases, Russ was extremely professional.  He took his time to determine what exactly was wrong and then explained his diagnosis.  Russ explained what the treatment involved and what exercises I would need to do at home to speed up my recovery.  
On follow up appointments Russ is keen to understand any issues I may have had in relation to my condition and checks to make sure I am doing my exercises correctly.  Russ understands my desire to return to exercising as soon as possible, and encourages exercise alongside rehabilitation.
Overall I have always found Russ to be very professional and would recommend him.

Excellent service provided by Russ. My partner visits regularly and the difference in his physical health and fitness is amazing. Highly recommended.

I have been having a re ocorring shoulder injury that has not improved having yoused other physios.I was introduced to russ and my shoulder is now completly pain free.He is always on time and very friendly.I highly recommend him.

I broke my leg a couple of months ago, thought that I was going to have a lot of trouble with it. And then came Russ. He did his magic. After a couple of sessions there's not even a memory of my limbing.

Had a injury to my leg whilst I was doing some heavy squats, Russ came to my house and got it sorted after a couple of sessions and at a great price, would recommend RD Physio.
