never answer the phone, useless service, would like to put 0 stars but it wouldn't let me post. got through to india on a 0345 number who processed my request - madness!!!

sorry to say found RBS very unhelpful,never answer the phone,best advertisement I can think of as why one should know to use other banks Unfortunately not allowed to give lower than 1 star,

After trying from literally 9am up until 5pm, I have given up, tallying up a grand total of 43 unanswered calls, thank you so much rbs for being absolutely useless! Shame you can't do negative stars, definitly doesn't deserve a one star!
