Those deposit machines are so fickle. Please Halifax get rid of them and ask staff not to pull us out of que to use them.

Insufferably slow service at ALL times. It's literally impossible to call into this bank on your way somewhere for something as simple as making a deposit. Be ready to queue indefinitely, all while the staff nonchalantly plod along at all two of their cashier desks. Awful branch, shockingly poor level of service.

Incredibly rude and petty staff. Queued for over 10 minutes and they then refused to change my old fiver for a new one. Shouln't bother banking here folks
